Thank you so much for your interest in a commissioned piece! It is truly an honor to create a “one of a kind” piece specifically for one particular client in mind, giving a special and meaningful addition to your space. During this process, I will work with you to create a custom piece through colors, sizing and layout.

Size:

First things first…I will need your preferred canvas size(s) and orientation layout. If you are unsure of the perfect size for your space, I am more than happy to help in the decision making process.

Sizing Tip: If you having trouble deciding on a size, using blue painters tape to measure out the dimensions on your wall of choice is a great tool! Leaving it up for a day or two is a great way to visualize how the piece will appear!

Inspiration:

Feel free to send any photos of the rooms color scheme, fabric swatches, wall color, furniture colors, area where the piece will be located. If you find any of my previous work on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest or my website that you love and would like a similar piece, please note as well. If you would like to drop off/mail in color swatches, feel free! I know colors tend to show differently across screens.

Timing:

Time of completion will depend on size of purchased piece and my commission schedule. More detailed turn around time will be given after your inquiry. If you are in the area and would like to pick up your commissioned piece, shipping will be waved during the final payment.

Pricing:

Pricing is based on size of requested artwork. A 15% commission fee will be added to the standard sizing costs of my ready-to-ship paintings. A 50% non-refundable deposit will be requested up front to account for the time put into collaborating colors, sizing, layout and materials. The remaining balance plus shipping & handling will be due at time of completion. A price list will be emailed to you once your information has been entered on the form below. Acceptable forms of payment are Venmo, Check and Cash.

Framing:

For every piece, each side of the gallery wrapped canvas is painted. If you would prefer framing in addition with painted sides, please note on the commission form below. A quote will be given depending on the size and choice of frame color. Please note extra turn around time will be required for framing.

Finishing:

Each piece will be painted on gallery wrapped canvas, finished with varnish protectant, initialed on the front, signed and dated on the back & wired and ready to hang!

Approval:

Upon completion, 3 photos will be sent (front view, side view and details) for approval. If any revisions are needed, I will work with you on making these final edits. Note: Only a few changes are offered before additional fees may apply.
